Energy Star Facts

Energy Star is the stamp of approval issued by the United States Department of Energy for washers meeting a strict energy consumption formula. Energy Star is reserved for washers with 3.5 cubic feet maximum cylinder size. Therefore, the largest washers with Energy Star approval are 25 lb. capacity.
